Step 2: A Quick Chat We’ll ask a few simple questions about which rooms you’re looking to refresh and your preferred style. This helps us hand-pick the very best samples to bring right to your door.
Step 3: Home Visit & Measuring We’ll arrange a convenient time to visit your home. During the visit, we will take precise measurements and let you browse through our samples in your own light and alongside your existing decor.
Step 4: Receive Your Quote Once we have all the details we need, we’ll provide a competitive quote. Depending on the project, we can often give you a price on the spot or send a detailed version via email shortly after our visit.
Step 5: Professional Fitting As soon as you’re happy to proceed and the quote is accepted, we’ll get your installation date in the diary and take care of the rest!

An absolutely great job! We got a few quotes for three bedroom carpets, and The Carpetman was nearly £400 cheaper than the rest. The fitters were super friendly (and drank plenty of tea!). They handled absolutely everything for us—moving the furniture, removing the old carpets, and fitting the new ones. They even vacuumed and put all the furniture back before leaving.
